Live Dogs

Lookee, actual dogs on the Barkings blog!!! Well actually I wanted to let everyone know about Greyhound Options and the amazing work they do. I've been privileged to be a part of the group since 1998 when I adopted my buddy DeNiro. He was a quiet, shy boy and we adored each other. He was your standoffish Grey. He would put up with some petting and a hug or two, but for the most part it was 'what's for supper' and 'what's on TV tonight'. Eventually I caved to peer pressure and Posie came into our lives. She was just the opposite of DeNiro. Smiling and barking and always looking for affection. Yes, I said barking. Greys generally don't bark, but Posie must have missed the memo.
Over the years we've done outdoor events and participated in a few Meet 'N greets to spread the word on how wonderful greys are as companions. We actually refer to our Greys as our 'kids'. I don't see them as dogs or pets, they are family.

So check out the Greyhound Options web-site and see what you've been missing.
